# hmvod vs CATCHPLAY+

The clearest difference is rating: CATCHPLAY+ at 4.4 against hmvod's 3.0. CATCHPLAY+ also leads on monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and review sentiment (30% vs 0%). hmvod's advantage is ads (none vs shown). Both are free to download. hmvod sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month and CATCHPLAY+ sells 21 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
