# Trip Splitter Lite vs Flexjet

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Flexjet at none against Trip Splitter Lite's 1. Flexjet also leads on rating (4.8 vs 4.4) and ratings volume (725 vs 23). Trip Splitter Lite's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.0). On price, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Trip Splitter Lite sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Flexjet asks for nothing beyond the download.

Flexjet holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Flexjet has 725 ratings behind it against 23, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 87% of Trip Splitter Lite's written reviews are positive against 80% of Flexjet's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Trip Splitter Lite ships an update every 3 months, Flexjet every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
