# GMX vs freenet Cloud

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: freenet Cloud at none against GMX's 19. freenet Cloud also leads on ads (none vs shown). GMX's advantage is ratings volume (17K vs 5) and review sentiment (77% vs 52%). On price, rating, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. GMX sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. freenet Cloud asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for GMX against 4.8 for freenet Cloud. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: GMX has 17K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two.
