# More Buffet! vs Donut Maker

The clearest difference is price: Donut Maker at Free against More Buffet!'s $2.99. Donut Maker also leads on rating (4.7 vs 4.3) and update cadence (weekly vs every 6 weeks). More Buffet!'s advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 10) and iOS requirement (7.0 vs 13.0). On review sentiment, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Donut Maker is free to download; More Buffet! costs $2.99 up front. Donut Maker sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. More Buffet! asks for nothing beyond the download.

Donut Maker holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Donut Maker has 1.8K ratings behind it against 72, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 84% of More Buffet!'s written reviews are positive against 81% of Donut Maker's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

More Buffet! ships an update every 6 weeks, Donut Maker weekly. Both last shipped on October 17, 2026.
