# AvPlan EFB vs YetiFlight

The clearest difference is update cadence: YetiFlight at every 3 days against AvPlan EFB's monthly. YetiFlight also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6). AvPlan EFB's advantage is ratings volume (94 vs 2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. AvPlan EFB sells 11 one-off in-app purchases and YetiFlight sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

YetiFlight holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: AvPlan EFB has 94 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

AvPlan EFB ships an update monthly, YetiFlight every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
