The clearest difference is rating: Midtjyllands Avis at 5.0 against Ekstra Bladet's 4.0. Ekstra Bladet's advantage is ratings volume (5 vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Ekstra Bladet sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $22.99 per month and Midtjyllands Avis sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
