# Valor vs Estadão Digital

The clearest difference is rating: Estadão Digital at 4.7 against Valor's 1.2. Estadão Digital also leads on review sentiment (32% vs 6%) and ratings volume (1.5K vs 20). Valor's advantage is iOS requirement (8.0 vs 16.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Valor sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and Estadão Digital sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Estadão Digital holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 1.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Estadão Digital has 1.5K ratings behind it against 20, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 6% of Valor's written reviews are positive against 32% of Estadão Digital's.

Valor ships an update every 2 months, Estadão Digital every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on September 30, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
