The clearest difference is rating: Omantel at 4.5 against Ibraz's 3.8. Omantel also leads on review sentiment (76% vs 50%) and ratings volume (2.8K vs 5). Ibraz's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and update cadence (every 10 days vs every 3 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
