# Selbuk vs Prome Pro

The clearest difference is rating: Prome Pro at 5.0 against Selbuk's 4.4. Selbuk's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (24 vs 3). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Selbuk sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Prome Pro sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $94.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Prome Pro holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Selbuk has 24 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Selbuk ships an update every 5 weeks, Prome Pro every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
