# Immoweb vs Cohabs

The clearest difference is rating: Immoweb at 4.7 against Cohabs's 3.0. Immoweb also leads on ratings volume (828 vs 4) and update cadence (weekly vs every 2 weeks). Cohabs's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Immoweb holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Immoweb has 828 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 48% of Immoweb's written reviews are positive against 63% of Cohabs's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Immoweb ships an update weekly, Cohabs every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
