# 淘车车 vs MG Live

The clearest difference is rating: 淘车车 at 4.5 against MG Live's 3.7. 淘车车 also leads on ratings volume (73 vs 14). MG Live's advantage is review sentiment (76% vs 56%) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

淘车车 holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 淘车车 has 73 ratings behind it against 14, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 56% of 淘车车's written reviews are positive against 76% of MG Live's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

淘车车 ships an update every 2 weeks, MG Live every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on November 6, 2026.
