# THE OUTNET vs ZARA

The clearest difference is rating: ZARA at 4.8 against THE OUTNET's 1.6. ZARA also leads on update cadence (every 3 days vs monthly) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

ZARA holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 1.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ZARA has 413K ratings behind it against 57, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 47% of THE OUTNET's written reviews are positive against 41% of ZARA's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

THE OUTNET ships an update monthly, ZARA every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 4, 2026 respectively.
