# RaceFM vs Berm Basher

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Berm Basher at 100% against RaceFM's 67%. Berm Basher also leads on update cadence (monthly vs every 55 months) and ratings volume (35 vs 2). RaceFM's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and iOS requirement (7.0 vs 16.4). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

RaceFM holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Berm Basher has 35 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of RaceFM's written reviews are positive against 100% of Berm Basher's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

RaceFM ships an update every 55 months, Berm Basher monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
