# iSpecs vs App Activity Report

The clearest difference is rating: App Activity Report at 3.7 against iSpecs's 2.0. App Activity Report also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 6 months vs every 25 months). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. iSpecs sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and App Activity Report sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

App Activity Report holds the better App Store score, 3.7 against 2.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: App Activity Report has 10 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

iSpecs ships an update every 25 months, App Activity Report every 6 months. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
