# Lignes d’Azur Mobile vs Monapass

The clearest difference is rating: Lignes d’Azur Mobile at 4.2 against Monapass's 3.0. Lignes d’Azur Mobile also leads on ratings volume (589 vs 2). Monapass's advantage is update cadence (monthly vs every 7 months). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Lignes d’Azur Mobile holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Lignes d’Azur Mobile has 589 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 31% of Lignes d’Azur Mobile's written reviews are positive against 37% of Monapass's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Lignes d’Azur Mobile ships an update every 7 months, Monapass monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
