# Yanosik vs mBDL

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Yanosik at 58% against mBDL's 16%. Yanosik also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 3 months) and ratings volume (96 vs 1). mBDL's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 16) and ads (none vs shown). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Yanosik sells 15 in-app purchases, starting at $0.49 per month. mBDL asks for nothing beyond the download.

mBDL holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Yanosik has 96 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 58% of Yanosik's written reviews are positive against 16% of mBDL's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Yanosik ships an update fortnightly, mBDL every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
