# Countdown ‎ vs Them Days

The clearest difference is price: Countdown ‎ at Free against Them Days's $1.99. Countdown ‎ also leads on review sentiment (34% vs 0%) and ratings volume (11K vs 2). Them Days's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 5) and ads (none vs shown). On device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Countdown ‎ is free to download; Them Days costs $1.99 up front. Countdown ‎ sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 3 months. Them Days asks for nothing beyond the download.

Them Days holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Countdown ‎ has 11K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 34% of Countdown ‎'s written reviews are positive against 0% of Them Days's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Countdown ‎ ships an update every 2 months, Them Days every 4 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 29, 2026 and September 22, 2026 respectively.
