# PSAT vs SAT Prep & Practice by Magoosh

The clearest difference is ratings volume: SAT Prep & Practice by Magoosh at 1.1K against PSAT's 59. PSAT's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 90%). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. PSAT sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $9.99 per month and SAT Prep & Practice by Magoosh sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
