# SoundPrism Pro vs WOW Filterbox

The clearest difference is price: WOW Filterbox at Free against SoundPrism Pro's $4.99. WOW Filterbox also leads on rating (4.6 vs 4.3). SoundPrism Pro's advantage is review sentiment (83% vs 64%) and device support (3 vs 1). On ratings volume, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

WOW Filterbox is free to download; SoundPrism Pro costs $4.99 up front. SoundPrism Pro sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and WOW Filterbox sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

WOW Filterbox holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.3. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 53 and 30 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 83% of SoundPrism Pro's written reviews are positive against 64% of WOW Filterbox's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

SoundPrism Pro ships an update every 3 months, WOW Filterbox every 4 months. Both last shipped on October 23, 2026.
