# RTA Dubai vs du

The clearest difference is rating: du at 4.5 against RTA Dubai's 3.2. du also leads on ratings volume (15K vs 271). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

du holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: du has 15K ratings behind it against 271, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 16% of RTA Dubai's written reviews are positive against 14% of du's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly fortnightly. Both last shipped on November 1, 2026.
