# West Wing Escape vs hocus GO

The clearest difference is review sentiment: West Wing Escape at 100% against hocus GO's 44%. West Wing Escape also leads on ads (none vs shown). hocus GO's advantage is rating (4.6 vs 3.5) and update cadence (every 3 days vs every 2 months). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. West Wing Escape sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and hocus GO sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

hocus GO holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: hocus GO has 513 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of West Wing Escape's written reviews are positive against 44% of hocus GO's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

West Wing Escape ships an update every 2 months, hocus GO every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
