# Grocery Checklist vs Jot

The clearest difference is rating: Jot at 5.0 against Grocery Checklist's 4.4. Jot also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). Grocery Checklist's advantage is ratings volume (346 vs 1) and device support (3 vs 1). On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Jot holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Grocery Checklist has 346 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
