# magicplan vs DrawPlan

The clearest difference is review sentiment: magicplan at 67% against DrawPlan's 13%. magicplan also leads on rating (4.7 vs 3.5) and chart position (#184 vs unranked). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. magicplan sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $12.99 per month and DrawPlan sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

magicplan holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.5. Written reviews point the same way: 67% of magicplan's written reviews are positive against 13% of DrawPlan's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly weekly. Both last shipped on November 7, 2026.
