# Learn English vs Easy learning addition

The clearest difference is rating: Easy learning addition at 5.0 against Learn English's 4.5. Easy learning addition also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and iOS requirement (7.0 vs 13.0). Learn English's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 13 months) and ratings volume (1.8K vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Learn English sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per month and Easy learning addition sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Easy learning addition holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Learn English has 1.8K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Learn English ships an update fortnightly, Easy learning addition every 13 months. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
