# AFR vs PodWash

The clearest difference is update cadence: PodWash at every 6 weeks against AFR's every 3 months. AFR's advantage is device support (4 vs 2) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 26.1). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

AFR ships an update every 3 months, PodWash every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
