# MLS vs iList Realty

The clearest difference is ratings volume: MLS at 13K against iList Realty's 4. MLS also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 4 months). iList Realty's advantage is iOS requirement (14.0 vs 17.0). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for MLS against 5.0 for iList Realty. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MLS has 13K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two.
