# MLS vs DreamAgent ONE

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: MLS at none against DreamAgent ONE's 2. MLS also leads on ratings volume (13K vs 1) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 3 months). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. DreamAgent ONE sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. MLS asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for MLS against 5.0 for DreamAgent ONE. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MLS has 13K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

MLS ships an update every 3 weeks, DreamAgent ONE every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
