# MLS vs VIZpin Smart

The clearest difference is rating: MLS at 4.9 against VIZpin Smart's 2.6. MLS also leads on ratings volume (13K vs 73) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 3 months). VIZpin Smart's advantage is iOS requirement (14.0 vs 17.0). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

MLS holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 2.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MLS has 13K ratings behind it against 73, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 45% and 44% positive.

MLS ships an update every 3 weeks, VIZpin Smart every 3 months. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
