# MIM vs Performance Mini

The clearest difference is rating: MIM at 4.6 against Performance Mini's 3.8. MIM also leads on ratings volume (27 vs 5). Performance Mini's advantage is iOS requirement (10.0 vs 15.6). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MIM sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per year and Performance Mini sells 11 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

MIM holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MIM has 27 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 63% and 64% positive.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 6 months. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
