# Basic Calculator vs Haseba Calculator

The clearest difference is ads: Haseba Calculator at none against Basic Calculator's shown. Basic Calculator's advantage is rating (4.8 vs 4.6) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, review sentiment, ratings volume and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Basic Calculator sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Haseba Calculator sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Written reviews complicate that: 76% of Basic Calculator's written reviews are positive against 78% of Haseba Calculator's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
