# FaceClock Analogue vs Super Clock

The clearest difference is rating: FaceClock Analogue at 4.5 against Super Clock's 3.7. FaceClock Analogue also leads on ratings volume (367 vs 34). Super Clock's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FaceClock Analogue sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Super Clock sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

FaceClock Analogue holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: FaceClock Analogue has 367 ratings behind it against 34, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 69% of FaceClock Analogue's written reviews are positive against 71% of Super Clock's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

FaceClock Analogue ships an update every 2 months, Super Clock fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
