The clearest difference is price: Microsoft 365 Admin at Free against OfficeTime Time Keeper Pro's $7.99. Microsoft 365 Admin also leads on ratings volume (5.8K vs 73) and rating (4.6 vs 4.3). OfficeTime Time Keeper Pro's advantage is chart position (#184 vs unranked) and device support (4 vs 2). On review sentiment, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Microsoft 365 Admin holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Microsoft 365 Admin has 5.8K ratings behind it against 73, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 80% of OfficeTime Time Keeper Pro's written reviews are positive against 78% of Microsoft 365 Admin's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
