# MLGW vs 2U Fuel

The clearest difference is rating: MLGW at 4.6 against 2U Fuel's 4.2. MLGW also leads on ratings volume (7.3K vs 5). 2U Fuel's advantage is review sentiment (50% vs 34%) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

MLGW holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MLGW has 7.3K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 34% of MLGW's written reviews are positive against 50% of 2U Fuel's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and November 4, 2026 respectively.
