# VOM App vs PPC Friends

The clearest difference is ratings volume: VOM App at 5.6K against PPC Friends's 3. PPC Friends's advantage is monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for VOM App against 5.0 for PPC Friends. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: VOM App has 5.6K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

VOM App ships an update every 5 months, PPC Friends every 9 months. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
