# Marine Debris Tracker vs Cookie Management

The clearest difference is rating: Marine Debris Tracker at 5.0 against Cookie Management's 3.8. Marine Debris Tracker also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 3). Cookie Management's advantage is review sentiment (62% vs 39%) and ratings volume (58 vs 1). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Cookie Management sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Marine Debris Tracker asks for nothing beyond the download.

Marine Debris Tracker holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Cookie Management has 58 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 39% of Marine Debris Tracker's written reviews are positive against 62% of Cookie Management's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Marine Debris Tracker ships an update every 2 months, Cookie Management fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
