The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Bridgewater at none against Parent Cue's 2. Parent Cue's advantage is update cadence (every 2 months vs every 20 months) and ratings volume (2.4K vs 9). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Parent Cue sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $5.00 per month. Bridgewater asks for nothing beyond the download.
