The clearest difference is in-app purchases: C3 Tri at none against Parent Cue's 2. Parent Cue's advantage is ratings volume (2.4K vs 13) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 5 months). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Parent Cue sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $5.00 per month. C3 Tri asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Parent Cue against 4.7 for C3 Tri. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Parent Cue has 2.4K ratings behind it against 13, so its average is the more settled of the two.
