# Bikesales vs PropertyMe

The clearest difference is rating: PropertyMe at 5.0 against Bikesales's 4.1. PropertyMe also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). Bikesales's advantage is review sentiment (43% vs 20%). On price, ratings volume, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

PropertyMe holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.1. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 9 and 4 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 43% of Bikesales's written reviews are positive against 20% of PropertyMe's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Bikesales ships an update fortnightly, PropertyMe monthly. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
