# 纵横小说 vs 阅友小说

The clearest difference is review sentiment: 阅友小说 at 100% against 纵横小说's 62%. 阅友小说 also leads on ratings volume (4.5K vs 62). 纵横小说's advantage is rating (2.8 vs 2.6). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 纵横小说 sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. 阅友小说 asks for nothing beyond the download.

纵横小说 holds the better App Store score, 2.8 against 2.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 阅友小说 has 4.5K ratings behind it against 62, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 62% of 纵横小说's written reviews are positive against 100% of 阅友小说's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

纵横小说 ships an update fortnightly, 阅友小说 every 2 weeks. Both last shipped on October 29, 2026.
