# Nyan Cat vs BBirthday

The clearest difference is ads: BBirthday at none against Nyan Cat's shown. Nyan Cat's advantage is chart position (#122 vs unranked) and ratings volume (10K vs 1.6K). On price, rating, review sentiment and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Nyan Cat sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and BBirthday sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Nyan Cat against 4.7 for BBirthday. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Nyan Cat has 10K ratings behind it against 1.6K, so its average is the more settled of the two.
