# WhosOff. vs TOT

The clearest difference is review sentiment: TOT at 83% against WhosOff.'s 43%. TOT also leads on update cadence (every 5 days vs every 5 weeks). WhosOff.'s advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 2) and rating (4.9 vs 4.5). On price, ads, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TOT sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. WhosOff. asks for nothing beyond the download.

WhosOff. holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: WhosOff. has 106 ratings behind it against 11, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 43% of WhosOff.'s written reviews are positive against 83% of TOT's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

WhosOff. ships an update every 5 weeks, TOT every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
