# Harrods vs Elixir Attar

The clearest difference is monetization model: Elixir Attar at free against Harrods's free with in-app purchases. Elixir Attar also leads on rating (4.8 vs 4.5) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 17.0). Harrods's advantage is update cadence (monthly vs every 4 months) and ratings volume (146 vs 19). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Elixir Attar holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Harrods has 146 ratings behind it against 19, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Harrods ships an update monthly, Elixir Attar every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on September 30, 2026 and September 26, 2026 respectively.
