# Geometry ® vs Geometry

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Geometry ® at 229 against Geometry's 3. Geometry ® also leads on rating (4.6 vs 4.3) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.5). Geometry's advantage is update cadence (every 2 months vs every 9 months). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Geometry ® sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $9.99 per month and Geometry sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Geometry ® holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Geometry ® has 229 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 67% of Geometry ®'s written reviews are positive against 62% of Geometry's.

Geometry ® ships an update every 9 months, Geometry every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
