# Tableau Mobile vs Elementum

Tableau Mobile and Elementum both sit at 4.6 stars, but that hides the real split: 60% of Elementum's written reviews are positive against 26% of Tableau Mobile's. Elementum also leads on monetization model (free vs freemium) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 5 weeks). Tableau Mobile's advantage is ratings volume (2.8K vs 12). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.6 for Tableau Mobile against 4.7 for Elementum. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Tableau Mobile has 2.8K ratings behind it against 12, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 26% of Tableau Mobile's written reviews are positive against 60% of Elementum's.

Tableau Mobile ships an update every 5 weeks, Elementum fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
