# Tarots vs Tarot Pro

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Tarots at 50% against Tarot Pro's 0%. Tarots also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 11) and iOS requirement (11.1 vs 17.0). Tarot Pro's advantage is update cadence (monthly vs every 35 months) and rating (4.9 vs 4.6). On price, ratings volume, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Tarot Pro sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 7 days. Tarots asks for nothing beyond the download.

Tarot Pro holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.6. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 93 and 67 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Tarots's written reviews are positive against 0% of Tarot Pro's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Tarots ships an update every 35 months, Tarot Pro monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
