The clearest difference is review sentiment: DPS Learn at 91% against Explain Everything Whiteboard's 48%. DPS Learn also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 12) and iOS requirement (7.0 vs 17.0). Explain Everything Whiteboard's advantage is rating (4.6 vs 3.9) and ratings volume (8.9K vs 10). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
