# Chimani vs WanderSync

The clearest difference is rating: WanderSync at 5.0 against Chimani's 4.5. WanderSync also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 6 days vs every 2 weeks). Chimani's advantage is ratings volume (1.2K vs 4) and chart position (#190 vs unranked). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Chimani sells 14 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month and WanderSync sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

WanderSync holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Chimani has 1.2K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Chimani ships an update every 2 weeks, WanderSync every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
