# 搜狐新闻 vs ECNS

The clearest difference is rating: ECNS at 5.0 against 搜狐新闻's 4.5. ECNS also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 10) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 13.0). 搜狐新闻's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 3 months) and ratings volume (490 vs 1). On price, ads, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 搜狐新闻 sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. ECNS asks for nothing beyond the download.
