# ABDi GateAccess vs PSPD

The clearest difference is review sentiment: PSPD at 100% against ABDi GateAccess's 64%. PSPD also leads on iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.6). ABDi GateAccess's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 6 months) and ratings volume (80K vs 10). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

ABDi GateAccess holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ABDi GateAccess has 80K ratings behind it against 10, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 64% of ABDi GateAccess's written reviews are positive against 100% of PSPD's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

ABDi GateAccess ships an update every 3 weeks, PSPD every 6 months. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
