# Simple Paint vs Raider

The clearest difference is price: Raider at Free against Simple Paint's $0.99. Raider also leads on review sentiment (28% vs 0%) and ratings volume (1.1K vs 2). Simple Paint's advantage is rating (4.0 vs 3.2) and in-app purchases (none vs 10). On device support there is nothing between them.

Raider is free to download; Simple Paint costs $0.99 up front. Raider sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Simple Paint asks for nothing beyond the download.

Simple Paint holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 3.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Raider has 1.1K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of Simple Paint's written reviews are positive against 28% of Raider's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
